Working in the shadows of the night, lobbyists pushed to protect very large businesses from the competition of vape shops and small manufacturers, the very sort of competition that has recently eaten into the profits and stock prices of America’s largest tobacco companies.

Our Success
ISFA led the fight atthe statehouse in the 2017 session to create Senate Enrolled Act 1, a common sense law to regulate e-liquid. Our strong Public Affairs team at Krieg DeVault created an amiable atomosphere where both the Senate and House were commited to changing the monopolistic law created in 2015. We have also created successful working relationships with multiple state agencies by spreading the message of Tobacco Harm Reduction.
